Customer service is alive! I reached out to Mike for help converting a formal living room into a master suite (one floor living). He not only showed up on time he offered my family a complete solution. After I explained what we needed Mike had within a few weeks the ability to supply all the recourses to complete the entire job (not only the plumbing but the general contractor for all the other trades) their price was very fair and they finished just like he said!! Mike kept us involved throughout the entire project and took the time to explain to us things in a manner that was clear and we understood. Mike will be my first contact for any plumbing related issue we ever have and maybe more.

I was comfortable with the Company at the onset after speaking with the customer service rep Tim. My appointment was scheduled at a convenient time and within 48 hours. The service rep Stan arrived timely, was professional and courteous. The work was done expertly and efficiently and could not have been more pleased. The billing for the service was fair and I plan on having Advance do more work soon and I would recommend this Company to everyone.

I had really bad experience with the company's work and company's owner. The work provided was not as the plumber communicated to deliver. In fact, the work delivered by their choice was poor. I had to pay another company quarter the money to get the work done. The company expertise is changing faucets and opening drainers. they provide excellent service only with those two items. The owner Mike was quiet discriminating and shallow in his approach to resolve a conflict when we approached for poor quality work. Companies pay online services to add testimonials. Or perhaps, based on the names of the testimonials, the company needs to work on global/cultural diversity.

I called the office at 7:00 in the morning, requesting a plumber call me back in regards to a leaking water heater. After not hearing from anyone after two hours, I called back. The receptionist said that she would page Mike again and was unsure of why he hadn't contacted me. Finally at 1:00 in the afternoon, six hours after my original call, someone called and left me a message that he was unaware that I had called. How can you expect to do business like this? Needless to say, I found a more reliable company that returned my call within five minutes.

I would highly recommend Mike and his team. We had had practically no hot water and terrible water pressure for years and had had other plumbers out to "fix" it without any luck. Mike came out and assessed the problem and systematically took care of all our problems. He and his team worked wonderfully around my difficult schedule and were friendly, clean, and professional. Now I have unlimited hot water and amazing water pressure. Thanks Mike!

Had an emergency and international guests were arriving this evening. Chris was at the house within 20 min. Cleared badly clogged kitchen drain, saving us from replacing garbage disposal. Was very friendly and professional, did a fantastic clean and quick job. Even the dog loved him ! Thanks so much

Mike was quick and replaced our gas fired water heater on short notice and did the work in no time. We are very pleased the service we received and would not hesitate to use them again. 5 stars
